we made his crib into a day bed yesterday, my little man is growing up so fast.
he didn't like it much at first, but i am happy to say that he stayed in his bed the whole time, no rumming around was involved(at least not much).
my poor little guy did fall out twice last night, but that was a bad mommy fault. i needed to pick up a new side rail for the bed. i did it this morning, and he is happily napping as i type in his now-safe bed.

btw, i have some cute video of the kids from this past weekend, and as soon as i can get Jason to upload the video, i can post it for all to see!
